Venkata Satish Kilaru, the dynamic founder of Vriddhi Cinemas, joins forces with Global Star Ram Charan for an ambitious pan-India film project, RC16.
In a significant move within the Indian film industry, debut producer Venkata Satish Kilaru has announced his collaboration with Global Star Ram Charan for a high-budget pan-India film tentatively titled RC16. Kilaru, the founder of Vriddhi Infra and Vriddhi Cinemas, has a deep-seated passion for films and has previously been associated with renowned production house Mythri Movie Makers.
After gaining valuable experience working alongside senior producers DVV Danayya and Dil Raju, Ram Charan is set to team up with the industry newcomer Venkata Satish Kilaru. This venture is further elevated by the direction of National Award-winning filmmaker Buchi Babu Sana. The film is produced under the banners of Vriddhi Cinemas and presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.
A grand pooja ceremony was held on March 20 to mark the official launch of RC16. The event saw the presence of luminaries such as Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan’s wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela, and the film’s cast and crew. The production is set to commence in September, following Ram Charan’s return from his vacation with his family.
The project promises an impressive ensemble cast and crew. The stunning Janhvi Kapoor has been roped in to play the female lead opposite Ram Charan. Adding to the excitement is the inclusion of legendary Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman, who will be crafting the film’s soundtrack. Esteemed cinematographer Rathnavelu ISC will be overseeing the visual storytelling, ensuring a cinematic masterpiece. The team is composed of highly skilled technicians and artists dedicated to delivering an exceptional film.
