Nupur Sanon bounces back after her Telugu film debut’s failure by launching her clothing line, ‘NoBo,’ offering a diverse range of styles for every occasion.
After making her Telugu debut with Ravi Teja’s film “Tiger Nageswara Rao,” which unfortunately turned out to be a major box office flop, Nupur Sanon is back in the limelight with a new venture. Today, Nupur launched her own clothing line, NoBo (No Boundaries), in Mumbai. This business is a joint effort with her mother, Geeta Sanon, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to fashion.
Nupur’s sister, Kriti Sanon, is already a well-known name in the business world with her successful makeup brand, Hyphen. Following in her sister’s footsteps, Nupur aims to make a mark in the fashion industry with NoBo. The launch event in Mumbai was a significant step for Nupur, reflecting her resilience and ambition.
Everything There Is to Know About Kriti Sanon’s Sister Nupur Sanon’s New Fashion Label—No Boundaries
Have you ever walked into a store only to find—after trying on countless options—that nothing matches your personal style? Do you then limit your options because going from store to store or website to website is just too much effort? If your answer is yes, you’re in luck. Nupur Sanon, with her mother Geeta Sanon, has taken care of it for you with her fashion label—NoBo, No Boundaries—which launched this evening, June 7.
The label will house all styles and kinds of outfits—from simple traditional wear to bohemian outfits and even western chic ensembles you can wear to the office or for a date. When we asked Sanon what her inspiration behind this collection was, she said, “My biggest inspiration behind NoBo has been my mother. She instilled this fondness for off-beat outfits in me. Growing up, she would make outfits for me and Kriti from scratch on her machine and that is where I get my passion from.”
Sanon’s vision for this brand is to create a one-stop shop for all women looking for traditional wear as well as something unconventional. It’s about individuality as much as it is about clothing. The idea came from Sanon’s shopping sprees from local boutiques around the world. Her love for unique patterns, vibrant colors, and a balance of traditional and modern has translated into her fashion label.
She says, “I wanted to create a space that caters to everything without restricting women to one style. We have clothes for almost all occasions. Whether you’re looking for something to wear at a resort, on a beach, for an office meeting, at a puja, or for a friend’s haldi ceremony, you’ll find a distinctive piece at NoBo. As the name suggests, there are no boundaries.”
The label embraces a conscious approach to style in the form of nostalgic, empowering designs. Characterized by eclectic and timeless luxury, the outfits are not defined by a particular type or style—they are inclusive, and the range is vast. Sanon says, “We are going to keep exploring and playing around with styles.”
Despite the setback with “Tiger Nageswara Rao,” Nupur remains undeterred. She has yet to sign another Telugu film, but her focus on establishing NoBo indicates a versatile approach to her career. The fashion line is expected to bring fresh, stylish options to the market, resonating with the modern consumer.
