Prabhas’ Blockbuster Spree Continues with ‘Salaar 2’ Commencing Filming on August 10

Prabhas has been dominating the box office with his recent hits ‘Salaar’ and ‘Kalki,’ much to the delight of his fans. Adding to the excitement, ‘Salaar 2’ is set to go on floors on August 10 with a 15-day schedule at Ramoji Film City.

Filming Schedule and Production Details

A source close to the project revealed that 20 percent of ‘Salaar 2’ has already been shot during the making of ‘Salaar’ with Prabhas and Prithviraj. “There is a standing set at Ramoji Film City, and the journey on ‘Salaar 2’ begins with a schedule on this set,” the source added. Initially planned for June, the shoot was postponed due to rains and scheduling conflicts.

The production of ‘Salaar 2’ will span over an eight-month period starting in August, with the film slated for release by the end of 2025. Director Prashanth Neel has committed to shooting two major films, ‘Salaar 2’ and ‘Dragon’ with NTR Jr, in 2024 and 2025. “He has met both producers and promised to adhere to the pre-decided timelines,” the source mentioned.
